De TCA OFFICER PACK Airbus Edition bevat een Sidestick en een Throttle Quadrant. Als extra neem je de TCA QUADRANT ADD-ON Airbus Edition. Daarmee maak je de Airbus bediening compleet.

Om de volledige TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition te kunnen gebruiken, moet u in het bezit zijn van een TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition en de TCA Quadrant Add-On Airbus Edition-modules. Deze modules worden los verkocht.
Deze modules zijn een uitbreiding voor de TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition (throttle-quadrant) en werken alleen wanneer ze BEIDEN zijn aangesloten op de TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition. Dankzij deze modules krijgt u de beschikking over nieuwe assen en actiedrukknoppen en verbetert de beweging van de TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition-throttle-quadrant bij het opstijgen, in de lucht en bij het landen.

De TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition-joystick is uitgerust met technologie die garant staat voor ongeëvenaarde nauwkeurigheid.

Met de wetenschap dat je in MSFS2020/CONTROL OPTIONS/meerdere knoppen kan combineren, gaan we een drie extra assen imiteren met behulp van 3 druktoetsen en de POV.

We gebruiken de POV UP en POV DOWN voor de elevator trim as. Dezelfde POV UP/DOWN zetten we in voor de Mixture as en de Propeller as.

Op deze wijze krijgen we alle assen op een Sidestick die in deze configuratie voor alle single prop engines aircraft werkzaam zijn.

CONFIGURING THE TCA QUADRANT AND TCA QUADRANT ADDON

1. DO NOT connect the TCA Quadrant to a USB port. Apply the 2 SATA cables.
2. If you only want to configure the TCA Quadrant, remove the connections from the spoiler and flaps addon.
3. The TCA set is not yet connected to the PC; USB-C is loose; USB-A is connected to the PC.
4. Connect both throttle shafts with the attachment for even transport.
5. Put all 4 axles in the lowest position. (THROTTLE IN MAX REVERSE)
6. Press and hold the key under ENG2 with your left hand; Then insert the USB-C into the Quadrant with your right hand; Only then release the push button.
7. Now slide all 4 axles to the top position.
8. We start with the configuration of the throttle axes; these stand up
9. … TOGA; Press both red buttons on the throttle levers and move the axles to
10. … FLEX and press both red buttons on the throttle levers and move the axes to
11. … CLIMB and press both red buttons on the throttle levers and move the axes to
12. … IDLE and press both red buttons on the throttle levers. Done with the Throttles.
13. Now we move on to the Spoilers.
14. Set the Spoilers to RET.
15. Move the Set gear switch UP/DOWN to the UP position and back to DOWN.
16. Spoilers in position 1/4.
17. Move the switch to the UP position and back to DOWN.
18. Spoilers in position 2/4.
19. Move the switch to the UP position and back to DOWN.
20. Spoilers in position 3/4.
21. Move the switch to the UP position and back to DOWN.
22. Spoilers in FULL (4/4) position.
23. Move the switch to the UP position and back to DOWN.
24. Now press both Autopilot ON +OFF buttons under the ENG switches AT THE SAME TIME to save the settings.
    THRUST LIVERS AND FLAPS
    Start the sim and choose the FENIX A320
    with the CONTROL OPTIONS window
    NOTE: the default settings of the throttle axes are wrong for both throttle axes (0-100%)
    Change it as in the example.
    Put the box on a ramp and on the overhead panel activate BAT1-BAT2 and set EXT PWR to ON.

HOW TO CALIBRATE THE THRUSTLEVERS AND FLAPS IN THE FENIX A320

1. Perform the calibration in the MCDU.
   (LSK-left selection key | RSK-right selection key)
2. Press RSK5 CONFIG
3. Press LSK6 CONTROLS CONFIG
4. The THRUST LEVERS are in IDLE (IN DETENT) position after the last action.
5. Press RSK4 CALIBRATE and follow the instructions in the MCDU.
6. Set the THRUST LEVERS to MAX REVERSE and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
7. Set the THRUST LEVERS to IDLE REVERSE and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
8. Set the THRUST LEVERS to IDLE and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
9. Move the THRUST LEVERS to CLIMB and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
10. Set the THRUST LEVERS to FLEX position and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
11. Set the THRUST LEVERS to TO/GA and select RSK4 STORE CALIBRATION

CALIBRATE THE FLAPS

1. MOVE THE FLAPS TO POSITION 0 (UP)
2. PRESS RSK4 and follow the instructions in the MCDU:
3. SET FLAPS TO UP and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
4. SET FLAPS TO 1 and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
5. SET FLAPS TO 2 and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
6. SET FLAPS TO 3 and select RSK4 NEXT STEP
7. SET FLAPS TO FULL and choose RSK4 STORE CALIBRATION
8. You will find the saved data in
   C:\ProgramData\Fenix\FenixSim A320\calibration.xml
9. Make a copy of this file in this folder (CTRL+C –> CTRL+V)
